This was one of the funnest (is that a word?) shoots I’ve ever had! Alison plays the piano so in searching for a place to shoot I found this store in Pigeon Forge called Siren that has a painted piano on display! They were so great about us shooting there to begin with and THEN they did the coolest thing…they let Alison play dress up! That’s right…she got to wear anything she wanted in the store. The ladies started pulling things off the shelves and I gotta say…it was fun!

I photographed a fundraising gala hosted by Emerald Youth Foundation honoring the founder of Regal Cinemas, Mike Campbell about a week ago. It was an absolutely beautiful event! Stunning decorations in a movie theme, wonderful food, and a thrilling live auction. I had a blast and the best news of all…I know it was a great event for EYF to benefit the kids they serve in the Knoxville area.

My sweet husband Marshall recently reminded me that I haven’t posted any pics of our family in a while.  I’ve gotten better about putting some on facebook (and you are welcome to “friend me” and see them) but not here on my blog.  These pics were taken a variety of places such as Dollywood, Splash Country, the Fair, on a hike, at a festival, at a birthday party, and on a picnic.  You can really get a good idea of how goofy my kids are!  They are always cracking me up, and we are always having fun!

These brothers were such a hoot! They love to annoy each other and they fight a lot. But when they think no one is paying attention you can tell they love each other. There is nothing like a sibling to know your “irritate me” buttons but to also have your back, to share everything, to love you no matter what.  Oh I almost forgot…the reason Will is on train tracks is because his nickname is football is “Freight Train”.  Cute huh?
